    About the seminar:

Employees with high morale perform at significantly higher levels. So how can you, as a manager or just a concerned employee whose success depends on the performance of others, ensure consistently high enthusiasm, energy, and employee morale?  This course shows you how to create a fun, synergistic work environment designed to inspire employee cohesion and commitment.

    Participants will learn to:

    1. Build quality, one-on-one relationships with others
    2. Give and get valuable feedback
    3. Help employees regain lost morale during difficult times
