Training Summary:

Can managers and supervisors be held individually liable for harassment under Washington Law? What can managers do to prevent this risk? This fun and practical program will focus on the key legal and practical elements of harassment prevention, as well as manager duties when claims arise. Attendees will benefit by increasing respectful communications in the workplace and taking advantage of affirmative defenses to corporate liability for claims under federal law.

About the Presenter:

Mike Droke, a partner in Dorsey & Whitney’s Labor & Employment Practice, has been advising clients regarding workplace issues for over 20 years. He regularly provides counseling and advocacy to clients across a wide range of matters, including preventative counseling, employment law training, and litigation defense and dispute resolution. As a current manager, former human resources professional and operations manager, Mike brings a practical focus to this entertaining program.
