    BMHRMA PRESENTS:

    MANAGING ACROSS GENERATIONS

    Friday, March 25

    8:30-11:00 AM

    Walla Walla Community College

Coffee and Breakfast Snacks included!  SHRM-CP approved for 2 PDCs.

Training Summary: With the varied preferences of the four generations regarding communication, respect, boundaries and priorities, today’s employers must learn to make adjustments to continue to remain competitive. During this session, we will discuss the general preferences and gain an appreciation for the strengths and challenges that members of each generation offer. In addition, you will learn the motivations of each generation and discuss how your generational context impacts your ability to act inclusively. We will learn ways to honor, engage and motivate employees of different generations, especially Millennials, as they currently make up 36% of today’s workforce.

Krisann Hatch, Regional Manager of HR Solutions at Archbright: Krisann Hatch works with Eastern Washington companies to strategize, innovate, and implement HR solutions, deliver employee-development training, and provide advice, consultation, and support on a wide-range of HR issues.
