    We have been experiencing an excessive amount of stress and anxiety due to Covid-19.  As Human Resource professionals on the front lines of policy change, it is even more draining as the stressors of this pandemic have been taking hold.

    About our Presenter:

    Theresa Peasley is the Director of Wellness at the YMCA in Walla Walla, and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Master Trainer.  She graduated with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science.  Theresa arrived from Tampa, Florida to serve Walla Walla with the AmeriCorps program.  She was a champion rower at the University of Tampa.  

    Theresa has worked in the Health and Wellness field for over 10 years and has worked in the realms of rehabilitation, special populations and sports and conditioning.  Theresa is certified in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, and Behavior Change. It is her aspiration to instill in others the ambition for self-worth and motivation to live a richer, fuller and healthier life.  Theresa was recently nominated for the Woman in Business / Woman of Influence Award.
