A Practical Guide to Conducting Effective Workplace Investigations
From simple unfair treatment complaints and harassment allegations to personality conflicts and threats of workplace violence, human resources professionals increasingly are asked to unravel the often intricate factual situations which lead to workplace complaints.
Add to that the changing legal landscape, and the HR detective must walk a tightrope between a simple common sense resolution and a full blown outside investigation by a consultant or attorney. This interactive presentation is designed to provide HR professionals with strategies, tools, and awareness of the pitfalls to avoid that they need to conduct an effective workplace investigation.
